1. Data Collection & Methods

We collect information to provide a personalized travel experience. This includes:

  • Personal Identifiers: Name, email address, birthday, and nationality provided during registration.
  • Authentication: Tokens from Google and Apple Sign-In. For Apple Sign-In, we store the unique identifier and the email address provided (including private relay addresses). We do not store your external passwords.
  • User-Generated Content (UGC): Photos, travel itineraries, and map data you upload to our cloud servers.
  • Log Data: IP address, device model, and OS version for analytics and security.
  • Purchase Data & Financial Information:When you purchase a subscription, the transaction is handled by Apple or Google. VoyZee receives a unique receipt identifier and a status (e.g., "Active" or "Expired") to verify your access to premium features. We do not see or store your credit card number, billing address, or phone number.

Location Policy: VoyZee does NOT track your precise real-time GPS location. Map "pins" are generated based on manual user input.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data strictly for app functionality, specifically to:

  • Synchronize your travel profile across multiple devices via cloud storage.
  • Facilitate social sharing of photos and maps with other VoyZee users at your direction.
  • Verify your identity and maintain account security.
  • Communicate critical app updates or support responses.
  • Marketing Comunications:With your explicit consent, we may use your email address to send you travel tips, VoyZee product updates, and promotional offers. We do not sell your email to third parties. You may opt out at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any email or by contacting us at voyzee.travel@gmail.com.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your data. We share information only with service providers necessary for app operation, such as Supabase/AWS for database and cloud storage. These partners are contractually obligated to provide the same level of data protection as outlined in this policy.

4. Right to Deletion & Data Portability

In accordance with Store guidelines, users have full control over their account status. You may initiate account deletion:

  1. In-App: Navigate to Settings > Profile > Delete Account. This will trigger a request to wipe your profile from our active servers.
  2. Email Request: Send an email from your registered address to voyzee.travel@gmail.com.

Effect of Deletion: All associated data—including profile info, nationality, and all images stored in our cloud—will be permanently deleted within 30 days of the request.

5. Safety & UGC Moderation

To ensure a safe community, VoyZee maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding objectionable content or abusive users.

  • Moderation: We reserve the right to remove content that violates our terms (e.g., illegal, explicit, or offensive imagery).
  • Tools: Users are provided with in-app tools to Report inappropriate content and Block abusive users.
  • Response: Reports are reviewed by our team within 24 hours. Accounts found engaging in abusive behavior will be suspended or terminated immediately.
