End-User License Agreement

Effective Date: May 7, 2026

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User") and Tiago Salteiro ("Licensor"). This Agreement governs your use of the VoyZee Travel application.

Apple/Google Acknowledgment: You acknowledge that this Agreement is concluded between you and Tiago Salteiro only, and not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. The Licensor is solely responsible for the App.

BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING THE APP, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO USE VOYZEE TRAVEL AND MUST DELETE IT FROM YOUR DEVICE IMMEDIATELY.

1. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

The User and Licensor acknowledge that this Agreement is concluded between the User and Licensor only, and not with Apple, Inc. ("Apple") or Google, LLC ("Google"). Licensor, not Apple or Google, is solely responsible for the App and the content thereof.

2. SCOPE OF LICENSE

Licensor grants the User a personal, revocable only for violation of this Agreement or as required by law, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App on any Apple-branded or Android-compatible products that the User owns or controls, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and Google Play Terms of Service.

3. Grant of License & Restrictions

We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on devices you own or control. You agree NOT to:

  • Modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer the App.
  • Use the App for any commercial purpose without prior consent.
  • Rent, lease, or sublicense the App to third parties.

4. Personal Information & Accounts

By creating an account, you provide us with personal data including your name, email address, and nationality.

  • Data Usage: You consent to the collection and use of this data to personalize your travel logs and secure your account.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
  • Promotional Communications:By creating an account, you acknowledge that you may receive transactional emails (receipts, security alerts). Marketing communications will only be sent where you have provided express consent or where permitted by applicable "soft opt-in" regulations. Your consent to marketing is not a condition of using the App.
  • Privacy Policy: Our collection of this data is strictly governed by our Privacy Policy.

5. USER-GENERATED CONTENT (UGC) & DATA STORAGE

VoyZee allows you to upload photos and travel itineraries ("User Content") and share them with third parties.

  • Ownership The User retains all intellectual property rights in their User Content.
  • Unencrypted Storage Acknowledgment: We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. No method is 100% secure, but we follow best practices. While Licensor employs industry-standard transport security (TLS/SSL), Licensor does not warrant that stored data is immune to breach, and the User provides this information at their own risk.
  • License: You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, store, and display your User Content solely to provide the App’s core functionality. We will not sell or license your content to third parties for marketing purposes without separate consent.
  • Content Standards: You represent that you own the rights to the content you upload and that it does not violate any laws.
  • Prohibited ContentThe User may not upload content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, offensive, or promotes illegal activities. The Licensor reserves the right to review, monitor, and remove any User Content at its sole discretion and to terminate accounts of users who violate these standards.
  • Report content:The App provides a mechanism for users to report offensive content and block users who violate these standards. Licensor acts on reports within 24 hours by removing the content and/or ejecting the user who provided the offending content.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Subscription Cycles:VoyZee offers various subscription plans (e.g., Monthly, Annual). Subscriptions automatically renew unless subscription is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Billing & Payments:All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store ("App Stores"). You acknowledge that the App Stores handle all billing transactions; Licensor does not collect or store your credit card information.
  • Managing Subscriptions:You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings in the App Store or Google Play Store.
  • Refunds:Subscription charges are generally non-refundable. Any refund requests must be directed to the respective App Store (Apple or Google), not to the Licensor. Licensor has no technical ability to issue refunds for App Store transactions.
  • Variable Pricing by Country:You acknowledge that subscription rates and feature costs vary by country due to local currency exchange rates, taxes, and regional pricing strategies. The price displayed at the moment of checkout is the final price for your region.
  • Changes to Pricing:Licensor reserves the right to change subscription pricing at any time. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to the next billing cycle after the change.

    • 7. No Warranty (The "As Is" Clause)

    THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT COUNTRY INFORMATION PROVIDED IS 100% ACCURATE.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    IN NO EVENT SHALL TIAGO SALTEIRO BE LIABLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY, OR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR TRAVEL DISRUPTIONS ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP.

    9. Social Sharing & User Responsibility

    The App facilitates the sharing of User Content with third parties (friends, family, or public).

  • Sole Liability for Sharing:The User is solely and exclusively responsible for the decision to share travel itineraries, maps, and location-based content.
  • Risk of Sharing:The User acknowledges that sharing travel plans may reveal sensitive information, including current or future location and home vacancy. Licensor shall have no liability for any stalking, theft, property damage, or personal injury resulting from the User’s choice to share data.
  • No Monitoring:Licensor does not monitor, vet, or control the third parties with whom the User chooses to share content.

    • 10. CONTENT ACCURACY & DISCLAIMER

  • Informational Purposes: All country data, maps, and travel information provided within the App are for general informational purposes only.
  • No Warranty of Accuracy: Licensor does not warrant the accuracy, legal validity, or safety of geographical data or travel advisories. The User is responsible for verifying travel requirements (visas, health, safety) with official government authorities.

    • 11. MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT

    Licensor is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for the App. Apple and Google have no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the App.

    12. Legal Compliance & IP

    The User represents and warrants that (i) he/she is not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a 'terrorist supporting' country; and (ii) he/she is not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

  • As-Is Basis:THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
  • Limitation of Liability:TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TIAGO SALTEIRO BE LIABLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY, LOSS OF DATA, TRAVEL DISRUPTIONS, OR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
  • Refunds:In the event of a failure to conform to any applicable warranty, the User may notify Apple/Google for a refund of the purchase price; however, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple/Google will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever.

    • 13. Termination

    This license is effective until terminated by you or us. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any terms of this Agreement.

    14. Intellectual Property Rights & Claims

    In the event of any third-party claim that the App or the User’s possession/use of the App infringes a third party’s intellectual property rights, Licensor, not Apple or Google, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.

    You acknowledge that Licensor, not Apple or Google, is responsible for addressing any claims of the User or any third party relating to the App or the User’s possession and/or use of that App, including, but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.

    15. Third-Party Beneficiaries

    You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and that Apple will have the right to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
